So this year I went on a BL binge, and I guess it shows in my requests (with a little detour to OPLA). I'm always open for treats, too, and will be over the moon no matter which these fandoms gets picked!
First, some general likes to include if you'd like:
Pining, friends (with benefits) to lovers, slow burn, fake dating, cohabitation, slice of life, canon setting, found families, down-on-their-luck characters finding a new spark in life, first loves, last loves, a sprinkling of angst, friendship, banter and touching.

Characters/Ship: Kiyoi Sou / Hira Kazunari
Utsukare is a show that just keeps getting better on every rewatch. This ship has such complicated chemistry that was a little hard to get at first, but now I'm fully onboard. The relationship seems so unbalanced at first, but in the end it's most Hira who has the power, no matter what he might think. Neither Hira or Kiyoi are perfect people, but their complications suit each other. I love how they gradually work out their problems, and how the show deals with those same problems popping up again and again.
I love the domestic aspect of their relationship so much, but also the slight D/S undertones that pop up. I'd love it if the fic was set post-movie, or around s2 rather than their HS era.

消えた初恋 | Kieta Hatsukoi | Vanishing My First Love (TV)
Characters/Ship: Aoki Souta / Ida Kousuke
This drama I marathoned in 24 hours exactly a while back and it reignited my love for Japanese BL. I love how fresh it feels, how it's cute but never overly so, and how the relationship between Ida and Aoki builds naturally. Their story isn't just the usual falling in love at first sight, and that makes it all the more powerful. The first line of the show: This is a slightly silly love story about hardworking, good-natured high schoolers perfectly describes why I love the show and Ida/Aoki so much.
Ida and Aoki really feel like a couple that can last. They take the time to get to know each other, stumble through misunderstandings but manage to talk them out and fall in love naturally. I'd love a fic for these two where their relationship is shown later in life, either in college or when they become real working adults. It can be established, or maybe they break up for some silly reason, only to be reunited later. I wouldn't mind them figuring out the more physical side of their relationship in HS either. I'd love it if Akkun and Hashimoto were included in the fic, too, but this isn't necessary.
I've read the manga, so feel free to use that canon or not, either works!

体感予報 | Taikan Yohou | My Personal Weatherman (TV)
Characters/Ship: Tanada Yoh / Segasaki Mizuki
I don't even know what it is that so completely hooked me to this show. It's partly definitely the amazing chemistry the actors share, but I also just love the dynamic between Yoh and Segasaki. This is another example of a couple that struggles to understand each other, but when they do it's so good. Yoh is so dense it's not even funny, and Segasaki just completely fails to communicate his feelings or intentions. Season 1 ended with them confessing their feelings, but there's definitely still work to be done to build up their trust, so I'd love a fic exploring that. Bonus points for including Man-san and her green flag husband!
+ Segasaki touching Yoh any chance he gets, public or private
+ Role-reversal: Segasaki is out of a job for a while, and Yoh is busy, so Segasaki becomes the househusband
+ Yoh finally starting to be a little less tsun about his feelings, and the impact that has on Segasaki
One Piece (Live Action TV 2023)
Characters/Ship: Monkey D. Luffy / Roronoa Zoro
I wasn't expecting to like the One Piece Live Action as much as I did, honestly! I really love the slowly building bonds between the main characters with Luffy in the center, pulling everyone together. I like how they all have their distinctive personalities and back stories, but come together as a family. I love the bickering, too, and everything not always working perfectly. The found family trope is strong in this media, and I love it.
I love the whole buildup of Luffy and Zoro from the very first episode to the last. Zoro slowly coming to appreciate and love Luffy, and Luffy being so upset about Zoro getting hurt. The whole first mate thing gives me feelings, too, and I just simply wish them to kiss, ok?
Bonus points for Zoro's jealousy over Sanji, but no OT3 please! I'd also love it if the other strawhats were present.
+ Luffy and Zoro get somehow stranded on a desert island together
+ Luffy finding excuses to sleep in Zoro's hammock
+ Zoro trying to figure out what exactly being first mate contains
